GWYNETH PALTROW'S CELEBRITY GUEST FORCED TO FLEE HER HOME DUE TO 'CATASTROPHIC' DIARRHOEA REVEALED

The guest at Gwyneth Paltrow's lavish home who had to make a quick exit due to "catastrophic" diarrhoea have been revealed by sources.

The story sent the internet wild after leaks revealed a mystery pal of the actress suffered the unfortunate incident at her Hamptons home.

Now, according to insiders, the man in question is famous socialite Derek Blasberg. The pal of the stars is said to have had to suddenly dash from his friend's home after the nasty mishap. While it was claimed in a gossip newsletter that the Goop founder had been tasked with cleaning up someone's 'Ozempic-induced diarrhoea', sources claim the drug had nothing to do with the incident.

An insider told the Mail Online: "It’s not Ozempic, that’s just what he told everyone." They went on to claim the secret was shared throughout the celebrity world after a case of pass it on.

"Gwyneth told Oprah, Jerry and Jessica Seinfeld, and Larry David," they claimed. "It’s shocking how many people know this story and how he has managed to keep it out of The Post… probably via his best friend [socialite Dasha Zhukova] - whose mom just married Rupert Murdoch."

The Mirror has approached Derek's representatives for comment.

As well as being pals with Gwyneth, Derek is friends with famous faces such as Demi Moore and Kendall Jenner. His birthday parties are said to often play part for a warm-up to fashion event of the year, the Met Gala. Names such as Anne Hathaway, Andy Cohen and Kate Hudson are said to have attended his 42nd birthday bash this year.

The rumours of the diarrhoea incident first went public thanks to a gossip newsletter called Popb----. In it, a story read: "The story goes that a recent houseguest of Gwynnie's catastrophically s--- themselves in bed while staying there, then fled back to the city before they had to face the music."

The letter claimed the story had become the favourite piece of gossip in the celeb world in the Hamptons. "Ozempic-induced diarrhoea is becoming a very hot topic of conversation between hosts there - because so many of their guests are using it," it added before joking that July 4 will see a load of fully booked launderettes in the area.
