BACHELOR STAR JOEY GRAZIADEI SAYS HE'S 'NOT BROKE' AND CLAIMS HE MOVED IN WITH FIANCéE KELSEY ANDERSON'S ROOMMATES 'AS A CHOICE'

Bachelor star Joey Graziadei took to Instagram to address his financial situation, after recently revealing that his credit score tanked during his time on the show.

The reality TV star, 29, claimed he is 'not broke' in two clips posted to his Stories, as he explained why he decided to move in with his fiancée Kelsey Anderson's, 26, roommates.

'Let me set the record straight. I'm not broke, I'm doing just fine,' Graziadei — who recently debuted his new buzz cut — shared in a video posted to his social media on Monday.

'But I am temporarily living with Kelsey and her roommates as a choice to be able to spend as much time as possible with her as she finishes out her lease,' he added.

He then explained that his credit score took a hit while he was on the show, but that he has since raised it.

'My credit score did in fact drop by a substantial amount when I was away on the show.'

Joey said he missed 'one small payment' during the three months he spent filming Season 28 of The Bachelor last year.

'But since that time, I’ve been able to raise my credit score,' he stated.

Joey went on to give his followers tips on how to improve their credit score.

Graziadei previously shared that his credit score dropped from 730 to 650.

'I went on a TV show and I come back and my credit score bombed,' he divulged on Jason Tartick's Trading Secrets podcast in June.

'I was like, "I can't even get into an apartment building. Jesus Christ."'

Graziadei and Kelsey are currently living with her roommates in a four-bedroom, three-bathroom home in New Orleans.

'He was just living with his sister, so I was like, "You can move in with me,"' Kelsey stated on the podcast. 'I have a very big room, and my roommates were all in.'

Earlier this year, Graziadei revealed that he and future wife Kelsey have benefited from couples counseling.

The two, who met on Season 28 of the Bachelor, were forced to keep their romance a secret after becoming engaged in Tulum, Mexico on the season finale.

Despite the challenges of not being able to go public with their relationship, they were able to continue to grow together with the help of a therapist.

Speaking with People, Joey shared how the counseling — which was given to them by the show — helped the pair communicate with one another as they began their new lives together.

'It's definitely not easy because we both do appreciate the physical touch,' he said.

'We communicate so much better when we're actually with each other in the same room.'

'But the couples' counseling made a huge difference for us to not only be able to find better ways to communicate, but also learn how each of us communicates differently.'

The couple underwent virtual therapy, where Joey says they 'learned a lot about each other'.

The tennis pro teacher says the counseling 'made a world of difference.'

'Even though this time has not been the easiest — because who would want to be apart from someone when they get engaged? — I think it's going to help us in the future.'

Joey landed The Bachelor role after coming in second on Charity Lawson's season of The Bachelorette. Lawson ultimately selected Dotun Olubeko.
