THE BLOCK STAR SHAYNNA BLAZE CONFIRMS SHE IS 'JUMPING SHIP' FROM THE HIT RENOVATION SHOW - BUT THERE'S A TWIST

Shaynna Blaze has made a cheeky dig at reports she is 'jumping ship' from Channel Nine's The Block to Seven's rival show Dream Home.

The celebrity interior designer, 61, shared a short clip of herself to Instagram where she is seen jumping off a ship and onto a dock.

'So there's been a lot of rumours going around and I thought it's time for me to come clean,' she started.

'First I want to thank everybody for supporting my career for everything that I've been doing in TV, I've absolutely loved it but yep I'm now jumping ship.'

'The only ship I'm jumping,' she joked.

She captioned the playful post 'File under ‘don’t believe everything you read!’

Shaynna WILL return as a judge on The Block 2024 alongside Darren Palmer and Marty Fox, who will replace Neale Whitaker.

The Block's much anticipated 20th anniversary series is set on Phillip Island, Victoria and will hit screens in August

Meanwhile, Blaze shocked fans in April when she revealed she will be releasing her 'very first' music single, called Warrior.

The 61-year-old flaunted her secret vocal talent last December while singing I'll Be Home for Christmas.

Now it seems the reality TV star has taken things a step further and recorded a song which combined jazz, soul and funk, sharing the news with her Instagram followers.

'I am releasing my very first single. I can't wait. It's an original song written with Gary Pinto and it's called Warrior,' she said in a video she posted at the time.

'It's quite a different style. I love jazz, I love acid jazz, I love soul, I love funk. So it's a combination of all of those with a very big high grade energy.
