MATT LOZANO TO STAR IN UPCOMING FILM 'THE LAST GOODBYE'

Matt Lozano is set to star in an upcoming film titled "The Last Goodbye: A Dear Joe Story."

The film is directed by Noah Tonga and produced by Mavx Productions in collaboration with Joe D Mango, the host of popular '90s radio program "Love Notes."

Aside from Matt, "The Last Goodbye" also stars Daniela Stranner, Karina Bautista, Esnyr, and Troy Regis.

Mavx posted photos and videos from the look test with the cast, who wore school uniforms and casual clothes. Matt and Daniela also wore formal outfits.

"Get ready to be captivated as we embark on an unforgettable adventure through the depths of human emotion," Mavx said, adding that the film is a story of "love, loss, and redemption."

Matt is known for playing Big Bert Armstrong in "Voltes V: Legacy," which first aired on GMA Prime last year. It is enjoying a rerun on GMA Afternoon Prime weekdays at 4:30 p.m. after "Fast Talk With Boy Abunda."

The Sparkle star also sang the iconic ending song of the series, "Chichi wo Motomete," originally performed by Ichiro Mizuki.

Matt is also part of the regular cast of "Bubble Gang," which airs Sundays at 6:15 p.m.

Meanwhile, Mavx is producer behind the films "A Faraway Land," "A Journey," "Fuschia Libre," "Unravel," and more.
